Since several years Iraq is one of the most important markets for German enterprises in the EMA region. The need for high-quality products made in Germany and the demand for transfer of knowledge between German and Iraqi companies continues to rise constantly. Positive economic forecasts, increasing economic activities and high rates of economic growth will provide a boost to the Iraqi economy during the next years. Especially the industrial branches of Infrastructure, Construction, Logistics, Trade and Healthcare, including Healthcare tourism, will benefit from these developments, on which the 4th Business forum focuses.

The aim of the 4th Business Forum Iraq, besides networking and market development, was to offer small- and medium-sized businesses the opportunity, to discuss current challenges, tendencies and solutions about the mentioned branches with stakeholders and experienced experts. Alongside the progamme B2B-Talks enabled solution-oriented meetings and networking possibilities, which were deepened at the gala dinner with the Iraqi delegation.
